I bought the phone new and used Samsung smart switch to set the phone up from my S10+ so not sure if something has happened during this process as I also noticed my default tones fro Snapchat,WhatsApp etc were all missing and using the basic notification tones installed in the phone. Its as if something is set wrong within the phone but I've no idea what. I have tried all of the options you mentioned above and all divert me to my notes and display text.
